Review: Growler Gun Cam is a tool you can use to record your desktop activity. When you initialize the program with the user-friendly interface, you can create triggers to oggle and equipment. So everyone has to do is press the hotkey to oggle and then do it again to stop recording. You new video appears on a list, where you can see your name, the date and time of creation, size, dimensions and duration. The videos shown here can be sorted by file age, size, name or duration. Plus, you can set the location where they will be saved. In addition, you can watch videos in integrated media player and export them to GIF, JPEG, AVI or GCF (ie Growler Gun Cam project file) format. In the video section you can set the start and end position, importing second GCF file for export, set the playback speed, eliminating the output file and add effects (eg, black and white, unnel vision blurring line impact, dust, speckle). But you can also set the video export setup when it comes to standard JPEG export directory, AVI (using compressed AVI or DivX codec) and GCF export opportunities (use compression). Moreover, you can access the Movie Editor to add audio file or movie, enter a comment and join multiple videos, export movies and sound. In addition, you can change the capture settings by adjusting video and capture window size (full screen or a particular position). Plus, you can specify a resource limiters set sound notification and stop the capture trigger, and select the capture method and real-time video compression options in the Advanced Setup. The program occupies a small amount of system resources and includes a quick step by little guide. No errors arose during our test, but Growler Gun Cam crashed several times when we tried to open the Help file. Otherwise, we recommend this tool for all users.
